LungVicks

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This policy explains what personal information LungVicks ("we", "us", or "our") collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose. Merchant services, customer support and text messaging for LungVicks are handled on our behalf by Wellness Support Center (Austin, TX).

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
  • Shipping and billing address: needed to deliver your order and verify payment.
  • Order details: what you bought, the amount, and the date.
  • Messages: anything you write to us through the contact form, by email or by phone.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, pages viewed and referring links.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to keep your cart working, measure traffic and attribute advertising.

What we never see

Your full card number, expiry date and security code are entered directly into our PCI-compliant payment processor through Wellness Support Center, our merchant services provider. LungVicks does not store or have access to your full card details.

2. How we use your information

  • To process your order, take payment, and deliver your product.
  • To send transactional messages such as order confirmations, receipts and shipping tracking.
  • To answer support requests and handle returns and refunds.
  • To send you order, quote, account and customer-support updates by SMS text message, only where you have given SMS consent through its own dedicated checkbox.
  • To call you about your order, order verification, quotes and customer support, only where you have separately agreed to phone calls. Phone call consent is never taken from your SMS consent, and SMS consent is never taken from your phone call consent.
  • To send marketing email, but only when you have given separate, specific consent.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
  • To measure how our site and advertising perform, in aggregate.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to do their job for us, and only for that purpose:

  • Payment processors and our merchant services provider (Wellness Support Center) to authorize and settle your payment.
  • Our fulfillment and shipping partners to pick, pack and deliver your order.
  • Our messaging and support provider (Wellness Support Center) to deliver the SMS messages and phone calls you asked for and to answer your support requests.
  • Analytics and advertising platforms for aggregate measurement.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities when we are required by law to disclose.

Text messaging (SMS)

We collect your mobile phone number when you enter it on our SMS opt-in page and tick the dedicated SMS consent checkbox there, and we use it to send you text messages (SMS) about your order, quote, and account updates through Wellness Support Center, the customer support and messaging service of LungVicks.

SMS consent is separate and optional. It is collected through its own standalone checkbox, is never bundled with consent to phone calls or with any other agreement, and is not required to buy from us, to submit any form on this site, or to receive support by phone call or email. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not use your phone number or SMS opt-in consent for advertising, remarketing, or to share with advertising partners. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Phone calls

Where you have asked us to reach you by phone, we also use your phone number to call you about your order, order verification, quotes and customer support through Wellness Support Center, the customer support team of LungVicks. Call consent is separate from, and independent of, SMS consent. Agreeing to one never signs you up for the other, neither is a condition of any purchase or of receiving support, and you may ask us to stop calling at any time.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the cart and checkout to function, plus analytics and advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the checkout may not work correctly without the necessary ones.

5. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, typically seven years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

6. Your choices and rights

  • Email: unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
  • SMS: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your order, your phone support, or anything else you have with us. The full SMS terms are in our Terms of Service.
  • Phone calls: ask us to stop calling at any time, by email or on any call. Doing so does not affect your SMS sign-up.
  • Access, correction and deletion: email [email protected] and we will action your request. Depending on where you live you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, GDPR or similar laws, including the right to know what we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.
  • We will never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

7. Children

This site and our products are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

8. Security

The site is served over TLS encryption and payment data is handled by a PCI DSS compliant processor. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Please check back from time to time.
