These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LungVicks website and your purchase of LungVicks products. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
LungVicks is a dietary supplement brand. Merchant services, customer support and messaging for LungVicks are handled by Wellness Support Center (Austin, TX). You can reach our support team at [email protected] or +1 (737) 237-9796.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method entered.
3. Products and dietary supplement notice
LungVicks, FlexiEase and CardioFlow are dietary supplements intended for adults, not drugs. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.
LungVicks contains turmeric (curcuma longa) and black pepper extract (piperine). FlexiEase contains magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom, L-carnitine, turmeric and coenzyme Q10. CardioFlow contains hawthorn, garlic, olive leaf, hibiscus, buchu, uva ursi, juniper and green tea, and is not intended for people with low blood pressure or a cardiovascular disorder. Consult your physician before using our products if you are taking medication (especially blood pressure or blood-thinning medication) or have a medical condition. Discontinue use and contact a healthcare professional if you experience an adverse reaction.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in United States dollars. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if pricing was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud.
- Your payment method is charged at checkout. Wellness Support Center provides the merchant services for all purchases made through this website, and charges appear on your statement as WELLNESS SUPPORT CENTER.
- Promotional pricing, bundle discounts and coupon codes apply only while shown at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. SMS / text messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and ticking the dedicated SMS consent box on our SMS opt-in page, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Wellness Support Center, the customer support and messaging service of LungVicks, regarding your order, quote, account updates and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or +1 (737) 237-9796. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
SMS consent is separate and optional. It is collected through its own standalone checkbox and is never bundled with consent to phone calls, with these Terms, or with any other agreement. Ticking that box is not a condition of any purchase, and it is not required to submit any form on this site or to receive support from us by phone call or email. Declining text messages, or replying STOP later, does not affect your order or your access to support.
7. Phone calls
Where you have asked us to reach you by phone, Wellness Support Center, the customer support team of LungVicks, may call you regarding your order, order verification, quotes and customer support. Standard carrier rates may apply, and you may ask us to stop calling at any time.
Call consent is separate from, and independent of, SMS consent. Agreeing to one never signs you up for the other. You may accept phone calls without agreeing to text messages, and you may agree to text messages without accepting phone calls. Neither is a condition of any purchase, and neither is required to receive customer support.
8. Anti-spam
All communications we send comply with applicable anti-spam laws. We do not send unsolicited messages, and we do not obtain phone numbers or SMS consent through third parties, lead generation, or affiliate marketing. All SMS consent is collected directly from you on our own website, through a dedicated SMS-only checkbox. By submitting your email address you may receive emails about your order, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the link included in it.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, reselling our products without written permission, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
10. Intellectual property
The LungVicks name, logo, product photography, label artwork, and all site copy and design are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without prior written permission.
11. Testimonials
Reviews and testimonials shown on this site reflect the individual experience of the person who wrote them. Results vary from person to person, and they are not a promise or guarantee that you will get the same outcome.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the site or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
